Elian Otero Cantre was booked into the Chesapeake Correctional Center on 10/5/2025 9:46 PM by the Virginia State Police for the following charges:

Simple Assault On Law Enforcement, Court, Doc, Fire/Medical, Etc.
Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Justice By Threats Or Force
